Common questions

I can't sign in

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to get a reset link. If the address is not recognised, your account may have been created under a different email — ask your company's owner or manager which address they invited.

I was invited but can't see a project

Access is granted per project by your company's owner or manager. If a project is missing, ask them to check your assignment. Roles are enforced on our servers, so what you can see is exactly what you have been granted.

I'm a client and can't find my document

Clients see documents that have been issued to them. A document still in draft is not visible. Ask the contractor to issue or share it.

A QR code on a certificate — what is it?

Scanning it opens a public verification page. No account is needed. It confirms who issued the document, its number, and whether it is current, withdrawn or replaced. It does not reveal project or financial detail.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. The full explanation, including what is kept and why, and what to do if you cannot sign in, is on the account deletion page.

Does QVUNTA take payments?

No. QVUNTA does not process payments and holds no card details. The costing, payment and receipt screens record money that moved outside the app between a contractor and their vendors or clients.

Which languages are supported?

English, Arabic and Chinese, with right-to-left layout for Arabic. Change it in Settings.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@qvunta.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify or retain data that is not yours while investigating.
